We have support groups for the men and women in our county detainment facility each week. In these groups men and women learn about God and how he relates to their issues and struggles. Group leaders share their own experiences with addictions and their recovery journeys with the members of the group. Note: Individuals in recovery are required to have 18 months of sobriety to enter the jail facility, and all volunteers must be complete the jail’s vetting process which involves a standard background check.
